Work in the lab will graded while the student is working in the lab.
The grade is based on a 10 point scale as follows:

| 1 | The student is prepared by reading the experiment and answering any pre-lab questions. |
| 1 | The student is attentive to instructions given in the lab. |
| 1 | The student is cooperative with lab partners and actively participating in the work. |
| 2 | The student remains focused on accomplishing the goal of the experiment. |
| 2 | The student correctly gathers and records data. |
| 1 | The student leaves the lab space in a reasonably clean and neat condition. |
